Beginner’s guide: Part 3

I have some good news! Over the last two weeks I’ve been thinking and writing about willingness and resistance to change. If you haven’t already read them, you can catch up on my posts here (Part 1) and here (Part 2).

I hope that the posts got you asking and answering questions of yourself, finding out more about you and where you happen to be at the moment on your journey to feeling sexy at any size.

I also hope that you’ve begun to look at your beliefs and your feelings, to find out if you feel any resistance to being sexy and sensual and enjoying the body you have today, or whether you feel willing to blossom into your juicy, sexual self!

Now here’s the good news:

 

Regardless of whether you feel resistant OR willing, YOU ARE READY to feel sexy at any size.

 

How can I be sure of this?

Because you have a CHOICE.

 

In my short video on my website I say:

“It’s my body and I choose to enjoy it. I choose to have a good sex life.”

 

You have choices to make too.

You may have thoughts and beliefs around what it means to be a sexy woman; what it means to be a woman of a certain size; how women ‘like us’ are supposed to feel about our bodies.

Guess what? You have a choice about these thoughts and beliefs too!
